Background

We are a diverse community of people living in and around the New Forest, Hampshire, UK. Our community originally came together in 2021 because we recognise that the COVID 19 "pandemic" was being used as a means to erode our human rights and freedoms.

We see the carefully orchestrated plan that has been designed by a small group of the world's wealthiest people in order to take total control of the global population and the Earth's resources.

We understand that the self-appointed "rulers" who are using their limitless financial wealth and global influence to carry out this plan, are doing so to create a world that works only for them. We do not accept their plans for us.

Our Ethos

In 2021 we joined together to create a non-hierarchical community that works for all of us. A community built on co-operation and mutual trust, on understanding and self-empowerment and in which all members treat each other with love and respect. We value, above all else, the free nature and spiritual expansion of all human beings and we see every member of this community as a unique and valuable individual.

Our community spirit, our love for life and Natural Law and our unshakeable belief in our individual sovereignty means that we will overcome the challenges we came together to face and achieve our vision of creating a world we want to live in.

There will be successes and failures, conflicts and consensus, progress and regression. However, the bond that we share, the kindness in our hearts and our fortitude to face all forms of tyranny will allow us to learn and grow our community organically to the benefit of all.

Community Guidelines

COMMUNITY MEETINGS

NFFC meetings are for community business and management and they are also an opportunity to meet, network and talk freely with each other in a relaxed and sociable environment.
Community meetings are free to attend for paid-up members. An entry fee will be charged to non-paid-up members and invited guests.
Meeting guests may only attend by invitation from an existing member.
Hosting of NFFC meetings can be rotated and any paid-up member(s) wishing to facilitate/host may offer to do so.
The facilitator(s)/host(s) take full responsibility for organising and promoting the community meeting.

EVENTS

General Events

All members of the Community are free to create an event, activity or workshop of their choice and in doing so, that member (or group of members), takes full responsibility for the promotion and running of the event.
Every member has access to post events on the community website and to promote them in the Telegram Bolton’s Bench SITP group.
Where possible and practical, these events should be free to paid-up members and of nominal (if any) cost to non-paid-up members.
The community has resources to cover event costs, such as room hire, which will then ideally be reimbursed from any entry fees, refreshment sales etc. However, all events have different needs and circumstances and so where the community helps with funding, terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the Admin Team, or for larger events with unusually high costs, by the whole community.

Community Members’ Businesses - Events

Where a member runs a business that offers products/services of interest to other community members, they are encouraged to organise and run useful events and workshops which, by default, may promote their products and/or services.
Such events are intended to offer knowledge and/or develop skills rather than be primarily promotional events.
As far as is practical, these events should be free to paid-up members and of nominal (if any) cost to non-paid-up members. The community can cover event costs, such as room hire, ideally to be reimbursed from any entry fees, refreshment sales etc. However, all events have different circumstances and so where the community helps with funding, terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the Admin Team, or for larger events with unusually high costs, by the whole community.
Recurring events of this nature must only be set to recur a maximum of two events on the Event Calendar at any one time. This prevents the Events Calendar from being overloaded.

Third-Party Businesses - Events

Many non-member individuals and businesses have products, services or skills that are of interest to the community and any member/members may create an event or workshop, outing or activity (as appropriate) where such an individual or business can present this to interested community members – either within a specific Group or to the community as a whole.
The organising member/members have full responsibility for their event and ensure that the third-party individual/business is in alignment with the community Ethos and of no threat to the security of NFFC or its members.

Supporting Community Members’ Businesses

As a community we keenly encourage support and use of each other’s businesses. In doing so we also seek to avoid excess promotion/sales pitches and spamming on the community website.
To achieve the above, we have a directory-style website for members to list their business/es and find services and products they are looking for within the community.
Members with businesses are welcome to promote events, offers etc on the community website in a reasonable and appropriate way. They should be fully participating members and not just using our community as a marketing platform.

Interest Groups

Interest Groups are self-regulating. Their format, agendas, meetings, outputs, conflict resolution, etc are determined by the members of the Interest Group exclusively.
Interest Groups are encouraged to briefly report on their progress and activities at community meetings as and when this is deemed to be of interest to the larger community. To facilitate this, it is encouraged that each Interest Group nominates at least one host/reporter.

Community Business Matters and Queries

Matters relating to community business and general queries are communicated via the community email address nf.freedom@protonmail.com which is monitored by the Admin Team. All emails are responded to in a timely manner, allowing for weekends and bank holidays. Community business and queries should not to be made by private message or private email, unless by mutual consent.

Financial Matters

In order to manage our finances we have opened a Community Deposit Account with Wessex Community Bank. A non-profit bank which invests in the local community: https://www.wessexcommunitybank.org/

The basic cost of running the community is covered by a nominal member subscription which is collected from members by monthly direct debit using a platform called Go Cardless: https://gocardless.com/
